Konnekt is a simple Real-Time-Strategy game.
A virus is spreading in your system and threatening to take it offline. Your task is to clear infected nodes by sending processes from healthy ones.
Feedback from the judges
Spartez Team: Good job. Very nice graph. I didn't realize it first it's 3d ;P.
Gameplay is quite standard. I like the gimmick that you can connect two nodes only once.
I didn't see it before in this genre. I think it adds to the gameplay that in this genre is more or less click fest.
Usually I have some ideas how to spice up the design, but here I'm not really sure.
It's simple and it should stay that way.
Adding more complexity would hurt it in my opinion.
Also I quite like how the source code looks (but I'm not really guru myself in that area).
Larry Chupacabra: Fun concept for a hacking style game. Id say if you expanded upon this to include even more components and a basic story this could be a fun game. Something very cyberpunk.
Christer Kaitila: really smooth and slick. great work.
Jimmy Joe McGurl: Awesome RTS, This had me constantly stressing out about checking the whole board by the end and trying to allocate energy among nodes quickly and efficiently. It was really well done, and I'm kind of glad there isn't a multiplayer element yet or I could get hooked!
